As the title indicates we will be tasting entrees and wines from Italy. Seafood forward dishes, highlighting fresh Mediterranean herbs, citrus, tomatoes, and legumes accented by Italian varietals including a prosecco poached pear will set your heart on visiting the Italian coast to sip on a glass of wine while watching the sunset on the horizon. 


FIRST COURSE

Parmesan-Polenta Encrusted Oysters with Lime Cayenne Mayonnaise

SECOND COURSE

Grilled Octopus with Gigante Beans, Oregano, Basil, Dill Tomato Sauce

ENTREE

 Branzino with Basil, Line, and Ginger

DESSERT

Prosecco Poached Pears with Vanilla Bean Marscapone Cream
