IT'S ALL GREEK TO ME !

Reception begins at 6:30


My Greek Father-in-Law made many wonderful Greek dishes that were not your normal Greek fare in most Greek restaurants. Although he really liked lamb, he loved seafood much more. From the seafood giouvetsi and the lemony Avgolemono, to the octopus krasato the following menu includes my interpretations on some of the Greek dishes he would prepare for himself and his guests. To conclude we will have a favorite Greek dessert of my wife who always tells me if it has honey, lemon, and powdered sugar in it,  
"It's the Best!!!!"




First Course


Oktapodi Krasato
(Octopus in Red Wine) 
with light Greek salad and French bread


Second Course


Avgolemono
with chicken and orzo


Entree


Seafood Giouvetsi
with shrimp, scallop, and mussels


Dessert


Greek Honey Hazlenut Cake


We will be serving all Greek wines with each course.
