SIMPLE AND DELICIOUS

Our first dinner in October is simple, elegant, and delicious. All four courses have fresh lemon in them. Three courses have garlic, lemon zest, and fresh lemon juice in them. All four dishes incorporate these ingredients in a variety of cooking techniques and at different times in the cooking process to give variety and complexity to each dish including the side vegetable of herbed green beans with crumbled Bulgarian feta cheese. 



first course


crab and avacado toast 
with lemon, garlic, aioli
radish, and sliced serranno peppers


second course


little gem salad 
with lemon cream, hazelnuts, and shaved parmesan


entree


 baked halibut with garlic butter sauce
herbed green beans with feta


dessert


white chocolate raspberry cheesecake
